In premier leagues past there would have been 8-10 sides who would have no problem playing this way. Now most have been shamed into playing a style of football that their players just can’t play and they’re pray for top sides to just batter continuously. Let’s hope Bruce has learned the lesson for their game at Newcastle.

But,I recall a rs v Chelsea game at the pit, were the rs sat back the whole game.
The commentators were waxing about the rs asking Chelsea what you got then.
