ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Nah. I think @PaulPowersTash has it spot on. BBC reporting on Liverpool has always sat uneasily with me. This past week the diatribe unleashed by the BBC against Pickford and Everton has been an utter disgrace. The BBC is sadly infested with kopite cockroaches, who crawl out of the plasterboard at every opportunity, only to slink away when their scruffy fans commit yet another atrocity.

I obviously haven't really been looking at BBC anti-Man City bias, but given that the infestation is now obvious to all. I can only empathize with PPT.
Did you not pick up the sacasm in the post by @toffee82 ?

It really is a disgrace. City have had a treble and played the most remarkable football the season before the asterisk. They got absolutely nothing in terms of the gushing praise and rs or united would get. It will be the same as us if we start winning trophies.

Actually I tell a lie, they were all over City for the anti-ffp stuff or the UEFA non-elite witch hunt if you prefer.

Klopp supposedly now saying that Pickford and Richarlison both went into those tackles to deliberately injure Van Dijk and Thiago.
Lacking any degree of class.

Compare with this. From the BBC:

Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho will be out for "four to six weeks" after he suffered a leg injury against Porto in the Champions League, says boss Pep Guardiola.

The Brazilian came on as a substitute in the 85th minute but had to be replaced deep into stoppage time.

City are already without Kevin de Bruyne, Gabriel Jesus, Nathan Ake, Benjamin Mendy and Aymeric Laporte.

"It's bad news," said Guardiola when asked about Fernandinho's injury.

Guardiola added: "I think four to six weeks out, yes it is a big blow for us with these amount of games and no people there. But it is what it is."

Imagine Klopp ever saying that.
