It's so mad laa. I've always hated them but this is just amplifying it so much more than usual.

I'm a nurse on a covid ward. Works really hard at the minute. Me mrs has been furloughed and doesnt have the greatest job security in the world.

And the multimillionaire owners are acting like this is priority number 1? People are dying. People are barely allowed to visit their dying relatives but they wanna chase this so bad.

If they wanna play behind closed doors, somebody will get infected, guaranteed. If they die what happens to integrity then? Another one for the lfc body count.

If they dare prioritise tests for the multimillionaire mongs and dont give them to ordinary people there'll be uproar surely?

I'm flicking between apathetic and anger whenever I think about it. One minute ya claiming to be socialist fc, then ya taking handouts from the Tories and trying to protect ya bottom line over peoples live with the insistence on playing.

Just give them it, prevent anyone else from dying cos of their cry arsing trying to get it finished. I'm sick of seeing people on talksport and that who dont have a clue what they're talking about moaning about the integrity of the league. LIVES ARE MORE IMPORTANT. These people are so sheltered they have no idea of normal peoples concerns of "I wanna see me ma" or "I hope we can afford rent", they just want the shiney trophy. Well if itll shut them up just give them it.

Aguero has said he’s frightened of playing again and so are most players. Let’s hope the authorities see sense and scrap the lot.
By the way, I think they deserve the title but then what about relegation and promotion, you can’t do one without the other for me.

I agree mate, and we are definitely biased but I would prefer it was just legged. If it doesnt happen here, but does elsewhere then the kopite media influence has obviously had a say in it. Footy media is just toxic kopite rambling now. Constantly to look for some way to spin this as them being champions of the people, it makes me sick. The idea of them slagging fat Joe for saying they'd congregate outside Anfield if they won it (which they obviously would, any group of fans probably would. People are leaving the house for a sunny day never mind a title win), and then "clapping our carers" at 8 is such an about face. Its all abhorrent. Shows the sport for what it is now, just pocket money for billionaires.

I called this weeks ago. Warners asking price goes out even more next summer as well. They are in all sorts of trouble. 120+m lost (best case scenario) from this shutdown, 100+m from gate receipts next summer. Goodness know how much in sponsorship. A loan with interest payments of minimum 20m per season to cover the first part of the debt above, with spiralling wage costs to boot.

That's before you throw in any loss of revenues from the CL, lucrative pre season tours, lack of shirt sales etc.

They could well post a single season loss of well in excess of £200m, which would be in major breach of FFP. Not looking good for them at all.

No transfers, maybe sales of big stars.

So I see our resident top blue @DixieScoresAgain has popped up today with his evidence as to why the season should be completed.

Now apologies for going all 'internet virgin' here but I've had a little look at his posting history and compared it to that of @HongKongToffee, who was found to be a red in disguise. I believe @mikeh72 and @Prevenger17 amongst others have all expressed concerns.

It would appear neither can spell the word bonafide correctly, a minor details obviously and there are others that have trouble spelling it. They both like to use 'average AF' or 'slow AF' regularly, again not an uncommon way to describe something on here, like 'kopite AF'.

Both held almost identical views about our pursuit of Mourinho and why we couldn't tempt him, again a view held by a few but one they both have in common again.

They both also seem keen to make us aware of Liverpools kit deal, and both specifically use Lebron James to demonstrate what a huge deal it is.

To say their views on the super league are almost word for word the same is I'm sure just a coincidence.

I appreciate the effort I've gone to here is more than a little sad, but I've done it in the hope that I can bring together 2 'completely separate' individuals that hold such similar views as they're clearly a match made in heaven. I'll now retreat to the basement/boxroom (*delete as appropriate) to work on my next project which involves potential face to face contact with the female species before I hit 40.
