The 39 dead have an A4 sized plaque tucked away from the main road, placed there some 20 years after the slaughter, only due to the fact that Juve met them in the same competition.

And on that other subject, all this ''Oh they'll destroy City at the weekend' talk. Pathetic. 'They just win, it's what they do'. Well, I'm sure it is if all teams they play adopt that attitude. The more that sort of thinking permeates the country the more they'll face teams quaking in their boots and asking for autographs every week.

So they have been winning every week. They didn't when United showed some actual balls against them. And those games against Leicester, Sheff U, Spurs - don't rewrite history to make them seem like they steamrollered them. They sneaked past them with, respectively, a ridiculous penalty decision, a keeper who threw the ball into his own net and a string of chances gifted to Spurs but wasted.
