Just a re-iteration of the main focus of this particular thread - y'know for our newer members who've not yet introduced themselves on the "New signings" threads:

Protest marches, brained waiters, bricked buses, songs about injured players and disabled children.

Not to mention (of course they don't) the death and horror they brought to the game on 29th May 1985.


They can win a 1000 trophies and they'll still be horrible mutant gobshites who've shamed the city on countless occasions.

I've wanted Mancini as a realistic appointment at Everton for some time mate - you reckon bias/personal feelings aside that he would do a good job here?

He would do a superb job to be honest. He is exactly what you need at this moment in time.
He knows what he is doing without a doubt. Also the fans would take to him in an instant!
He really is a charismatic guy. He would also get up the nose of Klopp & Liverpool just as he did
with Ferguson and United. I would say almost a perfect fit. He is still adored by the vast majority
of City fans - for sure.

Just heard the same thing. That club world championship is useless, but a FIFA pet, so who do they send a weaker side to? Logic says play the best in the domestic cup, (proper trophy, no travel), politics says dont annoy FIFA.

Why is that? They score multiple times in the last 5 minutes every week. They get stronger as games go on.

You mean bending over backwards for them. Klopp requested 2 games in 2 days so they get more rest in Jan.
an extra carabao cup game and rescheduled West ham game would of destroyed January for them.
