Stanley Park is quiet, they’ve locked the car park gates. Their coach has just turned up and a few hanging around trying to get pics. Seen at least 15 Matrix vans and the police helicopter is up.Even 4 mounted police doing the rounds.

It takes a special kind of person with no life to buy life-size cardboard cut outs of 6 players as well as replica real sized trophies. Why would anyone do that in middle age?

Facebook was filled with the biffs celebrating the glorious return of football before the game. Not a whisper since. They were desperate for the season to come back with a bang, by the time they get the title wrapped up no one will be watching or caring.
