If I grasp this right, Barca buy Coutinho for say 100m ( forget add ons) pay 20m upfront owing 80m , rs sell 80m debt to bank less 6m =74m. So now Barca owe the bank 80m, I'm I right I thinking that interest is add to the 80m each month/year and this is where the bank makes on the deal.
