Wants to stick with his favoured 2 year contract, Liverpool trying to get him to commit to longer.

I'd stick to my guns if I was Iraola. First year he'll do ok, second year they'll expect the CL and will turn on him with the usual bullets and grenades.

I was surprised when I read 2 year deal for him but didn't know that was his preference.
