ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They’re going to claim this derby as the mo salah farewell and will be demanding a minute’s applause.
I can't see him getting automatic selection for the remainder of the season. He's become a passenger and they need the points quite badly for their European qualification.
Having said that, he'll get selected for the last game and get his penalty as others have suggested.

Always thought his ridiculous puskas goal against us was a foul. He literally puts two hands on Martina and pushes him to the ground. In the year that Ronaldo and Bale score overhead kicks in the CL with Bale’s being in the final, a first goal in a 1-1 draw between teams that finished 4th and 8th wins the award.

Hope they keep Slot so he can spunk another 100 million on a replacement who will turn out to be a disaster.
Imo that is the big question for the RS owners, would you let this man be in control of spending 100s millions again? I just can't see how any sane person would permit that, and that's why he'll be gone as soon as the season is over.

Salah leaving on a free, they’ve let a lot of players walk out for absolutely nothing.

They bang on about being great at recruitment but it’s actually just that they have a pretty much unlimited budget every year and can just spend whatever they want without worrying about player sales

Can, Markovic, Sturridge, Lallana, Clyne, Milner, Wijnaldum, Keita, Matip, Thiago, Oxlade Chamberlain, Origi, Firmino, Salah all left without bringing a single pound in.

Alexander Arnold would have been the same if Madrid hadn’t paid to get him earlier. Robertson will go the same way. Konate will leave for nothing unless he signs a deal. Allison and Van Dijk might well too.

Meanwhile we had to sell anyone who could run for about five seasons straight just to keep the lights on.

Wait, I'm confused now. Are we still agonising about 'Trent' not making the England squad, or has that been wiped out by the news of an overhyped, over the hill and overpaid player getting bounced from the club? I can't keep up.

Eagerly awaiting what St Virgil will be planning to get the spotlight back though. Have to be a major gesture. Exciting times...

Looks like PSG have had their game v Lens postponed to give them a break between the 2 games v the RS. Lovely stuff PSG.

Bbc have an article on it (yes, another RS one) but cba posting it. The hys comments are a delight to read.
Here's one comment that filled me with joy and is good for us too

"From 00:00 on Sat 4th April to 18:00 on Sun 19th April.
Liverpool will play 5 games (Man City, PSG, Fulham, PSG, Everton).
PSG will play 2 games (Liverpool, Liverpool)"

Yes. Saw that and I drank those RS tears with joy.

We played Man U in the FA Cup final just days after the ECWC final and didn't whinge. Very hungover, but no whining.
