How & Why are these under-acheiving/over-promoted s anywhere near the BBC's flagship football show?? (rhetorical question btw; we all know why).

You don’t need to have played pro footie to present MOTD. Des Lynam never played.
Kelly Cates is a decent presenter and has put the work in on radio and TV for decades to get this chance. She’s better than ‘Chappers’ with his endless, annoying and occasionally passive aggressive BANTZ
