Why are certain "business's" allowed to only furlough the lowest paid staff,surely if you are asking for this government help it should be across the board,from highest to lowest earners

Sunderland are in the big house financially on normal costs they are operating on huge losses each season outside the top division . No problem with clubs doing this in lower tiers
