Can you imagine if that lot had fluked their way past PSG and deprived that team of winning the CL. That tie was the biggest mismatch I’ve seen in ages. Liverpool were nowhere near PSG. I think Barca would have slapped them as well this season.
Slot has bought some time thanks to the rest of the league being in absolutely no shape to challenge and the refs airlifting his team for half a season. Won’t be long before Mordor starts asking questions on his knockout record if he messes up again next season early on in Europe. Nothing annoys them more than being an irrelevance in Europe
PSG are what I call 'European Royalty'. Them and Real Madrid. Just those two.
To be fair to those who include the RS in such discussions they are in reality more than likely alluding to Prince Andrew.PSG are what I call 'European Royalty'. Them and Real Madrid. Just those two.
How so? Last night was only their 3rd European trophy and one was the old Intertoto cupPSG are what I call 'European Royalty'. Them and Real Madrid. Just those two.
We may well have been (given the chance).PSG are what I call 'European Royalty'. Them and Real Madrid. Just those two.
Yes, they are a poorer team than Klopp's Liverpool and the points total proves it.They’re not at the top table and their fans know it deep down this season. There was an absolute chasm between the teams over two legs. PSG were even confident enough at one goal down to claim they’d turn it around in the second leg at Anfield, and then went and did it with ease. They’d seen enough from the first leg to know that these were absolute pretenders at this level.
The lack of quality across the rest of the league resulting in their title has papered over the reality that Slot is presiding over a worse Liverpool team than Klopp did. They were absolutely porous at the back all season with bang average teams getting in behind them numerous times. This terrible Everton team should have done the double over them and with some ease. Worst final performance in decades v Newcastle, out of the cup to Plymouth and the bouncer to the top table of the CL took one look at them and shook his head.
If City and Arsenal get themselves together next season, the kopites will be turning on him before long. He can consider himself very fortunate Pep didn’t bother last season or he’d probably be on thin ice already.
In Europe the officials treat them without bias...so it's usually a long shot that they win the CL.We may well have been (given the chance).
european royalty? mass murderers on one side and franco's propaganda machine (with very bloody hands) on the other.PSG are what I call 'European Royalty'. Them and Real Madrid. Just those two.
To me these two are in the same bracket as Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester United, the clubs to whom financial rules don't apply.PSG are what I call 'European Royalty'. Them and Real Madrid. Just those two.
Libpoolfc get their cash from winning competition cash and taking their old lemo bottles back to the shop for the deposit. To me these two are in the same bracket as Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester United, the clubs to whom financial rules don't apply.
