Was good to see Tom Grennan wearing an Ev shirt on stage even though he's apparently a Coventry fan appreciate the piss boiling from him there.

Just as an aside - I also find it extremely weird how loads of them try to claim Sam Fender as if he isn't already a massive barcodes fan...

It wasn't piss boiling from him though. It was a Hillsborough thing. He got that irritating 'Top Scouser from Widnes' Mel C up on stage with him. She had an RS shirt on, and they had 9 and 7 on the back.

The cynic in me says it was pure bandwagon jumping from him, being as he is from Bedford like, and she would show up at the opening of an envelope to crow about that shower. Particularly tone deaf given the anniversary that it is this week. Still, 3 and 9 on their backs would never do would it.

I would have lost all respect for him if I'd had any in the first place.
