lots of people on twitter saying they’ll win the league I don’t see how going on that game, arsenal should of won and should of had a goal given and a penalty, still think city’s again they’ll pull away as they always do second half of the seasonThat match yesterday though: it just underlines the poor quality of the PL 'product'. Two teams who, apparently, are the challengers to the only genuinely world class club it boasts struggling to an ineffectual draw via a comedy of errors.
Liverpool in particular will just ebb away with a dullard Dutch manager playing 'control' football from the dullard Dutch league. The only thing that'll keep them 'in the title hunt' will be the PL and PGMOL bending over backwards to deliver them game saving decisions like the two massive ones they got away with yesterday.
Guardiola must be pissing himself. If he stays on he can win this title 10-in-a-row.
They're called 'Kopites' mate.lots of people on twitter saying they’ll win the league I don’t see how going on that game, arsenal should of won and should of had a goal given and a penalty, still think city’s again they’ll pull away as they always do second half of the season
Ha Ha.
Van Dijk presenting this as a lost 2 points.
Utter fraud in a hookey team.
They've faced the might of Ipswich, Brentford, Wolves and Palace though. They’ll be annoyed that they’ve had the best ever start of any Liverpool manager and they’re still behind a City team missing the two best midfielders in the world and not even playing that well. They’d be out of it already if Pigmol wasn’t propping them up.

I can honestly say I've watched them in the PL and thought they look less than impressive. It’s the old PL playbook. They try this all the time. Easy starts, these multiple double header fixtures where they get two easy games in a row at home (literally why have these suddenly started happening all the time), the favourable refereeing, giving City really hard starts away at Chelsea and Spurs the games they struggle with most.
It’s all hoping to create this fast start for them and build them a lead and they’ve not even managed that this time.
I think that's a fair comment. They play more patient football in possession under Slot. That will make it more difficult for them against half decent teams who set up to defend and then break fast such as Brighton and Bournemouth. That game against Arsenal made me feel that City will win at a canter this season though.I can honestly say I've watched them in the PL and thought they look less than impressive.
They'll do better in Europe than the PL.
I can think of a lot of teams in this league who - especially at home where there's slightly less chance of being robbed of a decision or two against Liverpool - will easily walk off with the points.I think that's a fair comment. Hopefully your finally right about themI can think of a lot of teams in this league who - especially at home where there's slightly less chance of being robbed of a decision or two against Liverpool - will easily walk off with the points.
Liverpool are a dull football-by-numbers team now. The Establishment Club's media are talking up this word 'control' a lot in relation to them. What they really mean and cant bring themselves to say is that they're cautious. Klopp knew that the only way you get near Man City is by gambling at 0-0 / 1-1 / 2-2 etc and going for broke. On Sunday Slot threw Endo on with 5 minutes to go, then he took Nunez off with Arsenal pretty much happy to see the final whistle. Klopp would have sent Jones up the pitch to join in with the attack.
The little things will undo Slott over 38 games. And when all is said and done he's a manager from Eredivisie. There hasn't been a PL winner from there yet, and there's been better Dutch managers than him who've turned up to have a go.
My guess is: found out by Christmas; sacked early next season.
