In all honesty I'd never heard of this guy a week ago.

I didn't know much about him, however after reading up on him (and being as objective as I can) he does look like having the potential to be a decent manager.

Whether he can transfer his relative success over in their tin-pot league to over here with the additional pressure and prima donnas, that's the question.
