As you say there is absolutely no way this illness is going to be any better by the 3rd of April the likelihood is it will be a lot worse.
People have been aware of it since the middle of November so it has taken 4 months to get where we are now.There have been over 1200 deaths in Italy alone.

I cant see any football being played now till at the earliest next season

This season is over.. incomplete .. so no winners no losers, no relegation (and unfortunately for those concerned) no promotion for lower league clubs...
Something all clubs who had aspirations one way or the other have to contend with ...
A 3 week respite will not change anything . I would say tara to 2019-2020........

If this season is declared null and void it will have convinced me of one thing

End the season once crowd ban less than 1000 people. They will win the league by default, in front of no fans and no buss tour. Plus, given City can mathematically still win it they will forever be tainted as the "false" champions

That's the best they can get, winners by default. Of course for that to happen then who is relegated, promoted qualified for Europe has to be determined across all leagues. Far simpler to write it all off.
