The irony that has been missed in all this, ever since klippety came over he's banged the drum about a winter break. They finally caved in this season and brought in a winter break. If they hadn't have brought the winter break in, the title would already have been sewn up haha

Winter break has caused cancellations in city's games, and a bit of a dip from the RS in that watford game as well as the CWC forcing the RS to miss a couple of gameweeks. He's got nobody to blame but himself, should have kept his mouth shut.

i've been saying it for years, in their eyes there isn't. All of their life values and morals are based purely on LFC, they have no life outside of football. It's a bit sad, but there we go, they enjoyed all this "i've become a muslim because a footballer i'll never meet is one" chants and wasting money on flags and scarves instead of holidays. So eff em.

A lot of them think choosing to support a historically successful team makes them a better person.

Kopites defending Shankly's 'more important than life' quote and saying it was taken out of context "he merely meant to show how in the 50s and 60s when things were colourless and adventure-less for most working people it was their escape".

No he didn 't. He was a crank. He may have been a good footy manager, but only a crank could have come out with that statement - and only a swivel eyed Jonestown cult could have quoted it for years.
