My guess would be section 5 - Harassment, alarm or distress.

An offence of this kind is one where the perpetrator uses “threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour… within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby”.

Seeing as it was put on Social Media it has very much been in sight of persons likely to be distressed by it. Even if it hadn't been, presumably he didn't teleport into Wembley.
