Utter bonkers these fans. I have mentioned before, my Southern Kopite office landlord (IFA), hates City and "Oil Money".
Thinks it is very unfair they can spend what they want.....he thinks clubs should be only allowed to spend what they generate themselves......When I suggest that CIty are doing exactly that....he thinks it should just be on income from fans alone.

So basically, he wants them to have an advantage.....the same advantage he thinks City have is "unfair".
