That's the thing look at the ICC champions trophy, matches played in venues all around the world sell out just to watch the reserves, imagine the first team.
Fans would go to matches played at home and in England, the matches abroad would be filled by the fans abroad.
I doubt the teams fans would travel all over the world to watch them
As I said financially would be huge.
The problem is it would destroy the national leagues

The manager made a statement b4 his press conference that because Klippitty threw his dummy out the pram and clearly stated his scrawny german arse was to high and mighty to be bothered going to the match, neither would his rat players have anything to do with it, so the television companies swerved showing their game on TV. Subsequently they've lost the money from a live game, then because he threw his little rats on the pitch instead, shoitepool FC decided to bang out the tickets at £15 and £1 for kids resulting in Shrewsbury losing at least over half a million pounds. Which to a league one club can be the difference between survival and progress. He citied on the back of a cup game against Manchester United a few years back the club managed to build a brand new training facility. Not so off the back of der unclassy redmen.... Horrible horrible club from stinky piss addled John Henry to 'Fagin' herr Klopp with his hair transplant and fake gnashers, to Ratfink Henderson and all the born again Bible bashers infecting snake mountain.

Liverpool have Klopp massively papering over big cracks in that when they aint selling a top player to reinvest (moneyball) they havent the finances/desire to spend massive money. When he eventually goes FSG will massively need a top replacement considering Mane, Salah, Van Dijk, Henderson, Alison are all 27/28 and will be losing value once they hit the 30 mark.
In 5 years time the top 6 will not be the same top 6 as it is now (it certainly wont be this season).

As popular as they are they are despised a tenthfold over by most footy fans. They will always have global appeal that's not going to change. They have a long way to go to be the commercial juggernaut that Man Utd, Real and Barca are. I suspect they will do an arsenal hover around the 1-7 position over the next 10 years and be relatively self suffeinct

Apparently the Liverpool chief executive has been having to deal with requests from some fans wanting the club to sign Stevie Gerrard on a contract of around a week so he can play in a match and gain a Premier League medal.
It's obviously lost on these idiots that you need a minimum of ten appearances to qualify for a medal. In fairness to Gerrard I can't see him being up for this even if was at a loose end with nothing else to be at.
