They have a lot of injuries and they aren't coming out all guns blazing to get a grip of games.

It could well be that Klopp has allowed what should have been another cycle down season to spill over into another season where they decide to go for broke with players they'll get shut of in the next 12 months, administer extra dosages with that old crop in the hope that their bodies can take it and wont react by providing limited or diminishing returns. But it looks like that strategy hasn't paid off and their bodies aren't responding as they want.

They look like they might be delaying a couple of new midfielders coming in this window so they'll have a lot of new players next summer they can use the PEDS on and get the full effect from it.

Of course he knows who he is. That was a calculated and deliberate snub and funny as hell watching Carragher left hanging.

He’ll be hoping Guardiola goes so he can dope his way to another title. It needs Salah to still be there though because the supporting cast at the moment aren’t prime Mane and Firmino

I think he's obsessed about winning the the CL multiple more times, and City are the only team he could conceivably do that with. There's too much knocking down and building up a team elsewhere to play the way he wants. And English clubs are big favourites each season for a reason. He could never manage Madrid, and Barcelona are miles behind now; none of the Italian clubs would have the spending power for it; Bayern he's done.

I see him signing a 3 year extension.
