Was fans allowed in the stadium last year? With Covid I thought there were no fans.Still waiting for the media to ask the question why there was no sign of this level of problems and trouble when city played Chelsea in the cl final the other year?
Did the Chelsea fans/hooligans who always cause trouble at the rs finals actually have that weekend off and didn’t bother following their own team in their final!?
Very odd…..
16500 fans total reduced capacity, but I’m sure there were stories of more than that number in Portugal and at the fan parks - they just all didn’t turn up without any tickets or try blag ones and force entry to the stadium - no mention of that whatsoever, as far as I can recall? Was fans allowed in the stadium last year? I'd love them to take the rs franchise away from their legacy city. It's the 'scouse' thing. A lot of the crap dealt out by the r/s comes from 'non scouse'. There's a level of 'grafting' that goes on everywhere, 'scousers' in my experience, relied on opportunism and guile, not railroading. That comes with numbers, and numbers is what the r/s have, as witnessed on Sunday when 500k descended on a city of 450k, a minimum half of which are Evertonians.
I have highlighted numerous times on these boards and to people outside of the city, these libpewl fans are not representative of the people or 'scousers', a term I despise, despite being one.
Their 'scouseness' is diluted to the point of non existence so they exaggerate what they have left and play up and act out all the stereotypes from Carla Lane, Bleasedale and Russell.
Their extremely unfunny 'witty banners' to the new phenomenon of belting out worshipful Beatles tunes they're are desperate to be representative of something that doesn't exist.
As for us, we get dragged along with it, and because we're not in league with devil and his media minions we get all the crap with none of the 'glory'.
We need to break the tie of them and this city, which is why the new stadium pisses them off, it's us, on the skyline, and we become prominent.
They'd have gone anyway like but yes, the club should have made it clear that wasn't a 'cool' thing to do, as he'd say.Only pointing out the hypocracy of Klopp.
He actively encouraged a horde to be there in Paris even if they did not have legitimate tickets. He helped make it unsafe.
Exactly. 2-3 hours is ample time and apparently when they were advised to go.I think that's the guidance, so of course you would.
In fairness it appears like most supporters did as well.
Tbf the second one isn't bunking in the ground. No no you’re wrong.. they were avoiding a crush apparently
so he was the life of and the soul of...By all accounts their outgoing sporting director, Michael Edwards, was the brians behind the transfer purchases.
That might be a big loss to them. Fingers crossed.
They take loads more than any other club who look to blag in games. That's their culture and no one else's. They're encouraged to do that by creeps like Klopp who wanted them all over in Paris...he is a spritual successor to that other creep Shankly who encouraged all this with his 'football is more important than life' nonsense.
The whole club should have been bulldozed after 1985. The world would be a far better place without them.
ive got the anthem singing in ricks bar from casablanca rushing across my mind here, that tripe 'never walk' blasted down by the french anthem. joyous.Libpoolfc Pravda media: "Didn't happen. Fake news" <plays Martial music and drowns out opposition noise>
