Yeah this, would be embarrassed to be parading around two trophies that I didn’t give a flying toss about deep down. However if it was Everton then obviously I would be arsed about them because I’ve never seen us lift anything. It’s a completely different context.

It’s on days like this where you hate Everton again and in particular Bill Kenwright for turning us in to a laughing stock..we might laugh at them for losing the CL final but they where in it and won 2 trophies this season while we nearly stayed up

One of my Grandads was a Liverpool fan and season ticket holder! At the age of 76 he was persuaded by some mates to go to Heysel! When he eventually got to the ground he was told what was going on inside so turned round and went back to his hotel without going in and never went to a football match again !

I’m quite glad I’m not somebody who tried to ram an unprecedented quadruple down people’s throat for 4 months and scream the place down all over social media only to end up watching two domestic cups that my manager has belittled and wrote off in the past with encouragement from myself.
