You're spot on. We need to be hard and refuse to back down. If we can breach their packed midfield with a decent through ball (I'll say a Hail Mary for that one, like) running directly at them is their achilles heel - their best defender in the world is on his arse sometimes.tbf Souness mentioned it a couple of times but no one else followed up with it.
It's absolutely criminal how many times they get away with it. 3 yellow card tackles before they get a yellow card whilst other teams do one tackle and its a yellow instantly.
It's clear bias game after game. We can't even go there on Sunday and kick the crap out of them as we'll be carded left right and centre. What will be needed is our team to be disciplined, stick together and not roll over or be bullied. Thats a lot easier said than done in the best of times but how they're allowed to bend the rules in their favour means the advantage is pretty much impossible to overcome.
