ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Don’t get it.

We’re at our lowest ad you’re going for a Quadruple, but you’ve came on an Everton forum arguing with fans?

Why? Trust me… no Everton fans care for your opinion at the moment, we’ve got our own mess happening…

Whether our posters are right or wrong, just a bit tedious. You joined the week before Benitez was sacked 70% of your posts are on this thread, and your reactions pretty much laugh at any Everton fan losing their head on this.

Don’t get it, even if you’re not a Liverpool fan, you’re trying to bait Everton fans on the thread about Liverpool. Weird @Collyman.
The problem is, that judging by the amount of responses they get, people do care about their opinion.

I have said it many times before, rather than continually engage with trying to call out kopites, a much simpler and more effective solution is just to chuck them on ignore. If no one bites, they will go away

I am absolutely disgusted with Russias war crimes being committed against Ukraine, and i fully agree with the sanctions being imposed on that country. But i have something to get off my chest here.

With our links to Usmanov, we've been subjected to a lot of sanctimonious lectures from kopites, about how we should be ashamed and all that.

Well their club is owned by Americans, and that's a country that's committed plenty of war crimes in places like the middle east etc. So really rs fans are in no position to adopt a moral high ground here imo.
You're spot on about the sanctions on Russia and the oligarchs, it's criminal what is happening in the Ukraine.

Regarding the kopites sanctimonious bollocks, I wouldn't give them the [Poor language removed] off me shoe, they have zero credibility and are the most ignorant buffoons in football.

The vermin are in absolutley no position to lecture anyone, especially us, on being ashamed or embarrassed about our sponsors or financial backers.

A quick internet search on their main sponsor shows that the yank bank has helped fund terrorism, and also been guilty of some very questionable financial accounting practices, resulting in numerous fines and sanctions imposed, very very recently.

I asked a few red work colleagues, who were holding court ripping Everton, our sponsors and our fans a new one regarding Usmanov, where the outcry was from them regarding these issues with standard chartered, and they soon piped down.

The other thing that baffles me is they are absolutley desperate for our new stadium to collapse and not happen, even knowing the crippling effect that would have on the development of the city and the new jobs and opportunities that it would create, all being lost - they want it to fail just to have another dig and laugh at little old Everton, and screw the city that they named themselves after?! Pitiful.

I have one more point about the Russia/Ukraine situation. We aren't doing enough imo. The political leaders in the west are scared of Putin, and meanwhile the people of Ukraine continue to suffer.

Wouldn't hold your breath on that one . If the advance from Ukraine which is a possibility, NATO will have no other option to stand up and react .

I'm getting the sense this lot are running out of gas. Beaten by Inter, barely scraped past Norwich, looked average against West Ham (and would have lost but for the Hammers profligacy in front of goal.) Also Inter were pummeling them before Sanchez got sent off which effectively gifted the tie to the RS.

Brighton will find some novel way to lose today don’t worry.

They will have had a fresh delivery of PEDS, Spetzial Brau and Salbutamol inhalers this week.
