ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Thanks. I feel so much better now... I should have realised that the parade of them to the most one-sided title race ever should be of no consequence to me because we have a manager who may improve us as well in time. What words of rational wisdom.

No. That's not how it works, and I have a feeling you know that only too well

Still, Sky and the Media have got what they wanted - the most tedious title run-in ever seen, and a host of neutrals who won't want to watch Liverpool games, either because they quite rightly loathe them or because there's just nothing to play for

They can have their own little sandpit to play in, with the head teacher making sure none of us oiks risk them being disturbed

Absolutely stinks of rat around here.

Their title race should be of no consequence to us untill we are in it. The only times they really count is the 2 league games and the inevitable dodgy cup draw.

It hurts them so much more if you dont care mate. When we talk of throwing games to cost them the league it just feeds the monster.
.....in the third iteration of perhaps the most popular thread on the forum, mind

But there's so much ammo

Never understood why we take the p out of them for having fans in other countries.

I’m originally from Australia. Does that make me less of a blue? There’s loads to bash them with but taking the p out of them for having fans all over the world is small time in my humble opinion.

They've lost one game in about 2 seasons, they're European and World Champions and about a billion miles ahead of every one else.
Against my better judgment, I watched their game last night at Leicester and that was the most complete performance any away side has produced in years.
I hate to say it, but they are the best side in the world at the moment. I've not seen a demolition job like they did in a big game since the United sides of the 90's.
There's no juiced up, there's no VAR favours, they are just way too good for everyone over a season, whether or not City beat them in a one off return game.
They spent next to nothing over the summer, while everyone else spent fortunes. Even with injuries, they still get the job done. There is no doubt that Klopp is the best manager in the world.
I hate acknowledging it, but they are just very good.
With City losing tonight, it's not if, but just when they win the title.
Hello mate :bye:

It's not so much that, its more they don't have the local connection that we do.

Walking past a Wetherspoon's in town yesterday a little after 8 am and it was already filling up with families bedecked in scarves and other tat. They weren't even playing yesterday. I surmised that the Oslo or Dublin plane had not long landed.
When they come Goodison for the Derby think im going to put my seat on StubHub for big money, make a few quid out of the tourists.
