ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Tell you what, I'm getting real sick and tired of the RS cheating with their corrupt officials and Klopp spezialbrau for players who literally wouldn't get gametime at any other top clubs.

We all know it's going on. When are the footballing authorities gonna do something about it??

The big difference for me has always been that Man City always look like they have a defeat in them, the RS are relentless and you just expect them to win no matter who they are playing.
Except when they play City or Chelsea, who they always, without fail, look a league below.

For a team so relentless against the also rans, the way they get outclassed vs their 2 main rivals, even if the officials consistently work it so they get a draw to try to keep the title race alive, is quite clear for everyone to see.

It’s not unusual, it literally happens every time they go head to head and it just shows why they’re not quite there yet and only have 2 major trophies in almost 8 years which everyone knows is massively underwhelming and why no one other than Liverpool fans will ever think of them as a great team.

For me, the way they speak about this team just minimises what their truly great teams did achieve. It also shows how low their standards have dropped and how difficult the last 30 years have been for them.

This is not a great Liverpool team, 2 trophies in 8 years makes that undeniable.

There just spent 5 years dismissing as irrelevant City’s league cup wins but now, as they head to a final, it suddenly becomes important again. It would be massive to us but the truth is, a milk cup means nothing in isolation if you’re claiming to have had a great season and they know it.

That’s what I find annoying, there’s some games when they’re just absolutely awful and they get out of losing them through some absolutely stupid refereeing call for a penalty or red card. Their fans are largely so unbearable because they just never ever get the routine slap down that every other club receives on a periodic basis.

Chelsea and City should both have won at Anfield easily this season yet freak incidents and referee calls in each ended up with them as draws. No doubt they’ll somehow avoid defeat at the Etihad as well despite being miles behind City football wise. They offer up chance after chance to teams but no one puts them away.

I am a peaceful man but watching kilppety really pushes me.

Is he the most obnoxious rs manager ever?
I mean you win 6-0 against a team with a great tradition, even if we all hated them in the 70s, and you hop around like a clown to gain kudos from your cultish fans.

Keep that in the dressing room. Never ever publicly rub another club's dignity in the mire.

Disgusting.
