Refs should just book the first player who tries to ref the game in every match and it would soon stop. They don’t though because the refs exist purely for the benefit of the big teams.

They’d never do it. I don’t see why the VAR refs can’t be micd up either. It works in Rugby, you can hear the conversation and the decision making process, which is probably why they don’t wNt it in football. All to protect their means of corruption to influence results in favour of the big teams.
