The rules dont apply to them , it's not just the big decisions it's the little ones like Everton conceded a corner seconds before the 2 minutes of 1st half injury time was up, corner taken and a goal , no complaints from anyone , liverpool conceded a free kick 25 yards out seconds before 2 minutes of injury time of 1st half nobody bats an eyelid as the ref blows to end the half no free kick allowed to be taken.
