Once the media have got it out of their system they'll be back behind United / arsenal etc... all its about nowadays is the massive balancing act to keep all their cash cows happy to keep the monies rolling in year after year - a uncompetitive monopoly doesn't pay in the long run.Yeah once in 30 years, I'd of taken that back then.

The media is dictated by clicks and subscription fees from a global market now - so a RS, United, city + another from arsenal, spurs and chelsea merry go round is what fills the coffers.... rinse and repeat.The media, notably Sky, have always loved ManU and Spurs, imho. The Spurs love-in thing is weird, as their record is winning a lesser trophy every 15 years and they haven’t been champions getting on for 3 generations.
