ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Yesterday would seem to indicate that but I don't think it's a simple as that.

Watching him since he came back, I think he's been poor and is often chasing shadows. He's a shadow of the player he was preinjury however the media want to ignore this. They want to hype up everything about the premier league and their favourite clubs in particular and performances yesterday allows them to maintain the myth.

The big issue is that teams refuse to have a go at Liverpool. They know Liverpool will go all guns blazing at them so they try to stay in the game by offering nothing ofesivley. The reality is, whether they win or lose, everyone who's been prepared to have a big of a go at them whether that's Brentford, City, Chelsea, West Ham etc, they all cause lots of problems. even us and Newcastle created things when we decided to have a go.
VVD was injured? When and how? :D

Worse….they actually praise him for being passionate

Yep, it's the same story every time Klopp loses it, the journo's come out with "it's passion" absolutely ridiculous the levels the media go too to make him out as some sort of footballing philosopher, like when they tried to make out he had invented the pressing game. lol

Been from Liverpool you can’t even have a proper football conversation with your red mates anymore. It really is some weird cult followings where you have to clap an sing you never walk alone at the tele as they walk out at Anfield. Weirdest fan base in the world and that goes double for there scouse fans who have just went worse an worse and don’t even go the match.
Spot on, after they ‘won’ the *, I can no longer talk to a RS colleague about any footy related stuff as he’s so uptight and can’t even manage light hearted banter anymore.

Popular appeal, visceral excitement and pure downright fun - That's the real quiz!
He's changed
Strange how no one outside of LFC fans actually can stand them yet the media think they are loved by all.

Royal Family syndrome.
He's changed his tune.

Liverpool's goose is cooked with that decision to play behind closed doors.

They run on emotion. They wont lift themselves and stay consistent in their form or rise to face adversity by a match day crowd.

City are technical players and will thrive in the sterile conditions.
