ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Nail on head.

A few days ago he didn't want a break, most probably because it affected his PED consumption plan. What I saw today, however, was a team that looked very vulnerable. I saw shades of the 7-2 at Villa last season but Spurs lacking the clinical streak shown by Watkins that night. They could be attacked at will and were cut to bits at times. The Harry Kane of 6 months ago mallets them. Klopp is running them into the ground again. Their absentee list is growing and they potentially face going to the Bridge without Mane, Salah, Keita and Robertson.

City, on the other hand, are going along nicely with a manager who isn't throwing toys everywhere. He's carefully managing player workloads with good rotation. City are just a better team with a midfield that controls games. They keep the ball better than the RS and pass it around with total ease. Guardiola's idea of player welfare far outstrips Klopp's.
Was thinking this watching City earlier, they could have put a dozen past Newcastle, they managed the game and did the job without the ridiculous, hell for leather football that the orcs and the press tug themselves off over. They could probably play again tomorrow, Klopp's lot will be done in for a week.

They’ve never came close to City in terms of game management at any point under Klopp, which is why they’ll never be as successful.

Always been heavily reliant on last minute winners, blocks and saves etc.

It's getting ridiculous how many times Shippmann is getting away with bringing the game into disrepute. He is at it every game, but today all the antics on the touchline with the 4th official, chasing and haranguing the ref in the tunnel and then his comments on the field at the final whistle was off the scale.

No other manager would get away with it, he's a complete disgrace.

Im no fan of refs, linesman and 4th officials (mainly because they give Lancearmstorng FC and the other super League snake sides far too many unjust decisions every week) but his treatment of them is just unacceptable and it needs to be sanctioned and stopped.

imagine him if murderpool had the decisions Everton have had over the years - his head would explode!

Let me guess… no red card for him? So another rule that applies to Everton and no one else?
