The turn of events with grounds set to close and footy games being compressed into two in a week again has just lost Liverpool the title - if they had any chance of winning it at all.

1/ they dont have the squad to go 2 games per week between now and the end of the season - because that's where we'll be heading shortly.
2/ they run on emotion as opposed to City who are all reliant on technique and composure...games going behind closed doors will badly effect Liverpool. They need the attention and adulation to perform.


Kopites can defo kiss goodbye to a title now IMO.

Because Africa in summer is to warm, North African and Sub Saharan countries in summer would be averaging over 40 degrees most days, the games were and would be awful to watch as well in that heat, that is why they started switching the AFCON to winter.

Might be controversial thought but seems the best idea logically, why don't they have the AFCON permanently in South Africa, it's winter in June and July there and has the best stadiums in Africa, South Africa should also be made to qualify for the Afcon if they were permanent hosts.

Hypocrisy again from herr Shipmann, the biggest cryarse in the universe about his poor boys playing too many games and forever wanting a winter break now doesn't want a covid break into this season, as he doesn't see the point?! So if they'd already spoken about the referee at length, why then do a VT of a Newcastle fan talking about the referee if they're not willing to discuss it further??? Bang on. It interrupts his doping cycle, that’s all there is to it. In his first season he was forever going on about how unfair it was they didn’t have a winter break and how his team as fatigued because of it. Then all of a sudden they turned into a team playing three times a week crushing all before it and never mentioned the winter break ever again. Now when almost every manager is calling for a firebreak he wants to play congested fixtures. I bet he does the bad cheat.
