Lighten up mate. People accidentally walking or running into objects is funny. It’s not good seeing the poor kid bloody, but it is an amusing tale. Unintentionally, you can’t help but giggle. How many times have you seen all the ‘epic fail’ virals that get sent around and it has you howling with laughter when people have really really hurt themselves? You’ve Been Framed, amongst others, have been living off it for decades.

The kid himself has been on TV laughing it off himself. Did the same myself as a kid when I was watching a load of police cars go fly by instead of watching where I was going - clattering into a lamp post is funny so long as no real harm is done

Being overly sensitive to a kid getting the odd accidental scrape or knock doesn't do them any good.
