It's going to be a long season, I find myself having to have the mute button to hand every time I watch TV and can only watch them when I know they have drawn or lost.

I wasn't watching - catching upon recorded programmes, and checking on the latest scores.

Mrs BR was in another room, and was actually watching unknown to me. When it was over she came in and was incandescent with rage. I just shrugged my shoulders as the inevitable had happened.

Isn't it a bit of an open secret that McManaman , despite playing for them lot, is still a blue?

I might be wrong like, but I'm sure I've heard of him coming to watch us (paying customer) since he retired. Think it was on Toffee TV. Apparently one of his media colleagues has also been known to refer to us as 'your club Steve.'
