ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Was down by Bramley Moore this morning, taking it all in, it's gonna be a bit special I think.

Hows the garage conversion going then lurkers?

Have you had to make any more of anfield appear more like downtown Beirut to get your vision created?

Maybe the next mural you lot lash up on the nearest surface should commemorate the once thriving community that existed in the shadow of our old ground, that sadly has been demonised and destroyed in the name of murderpools progress....

Spot on mate.

I knocked around the Rockfield Rd area as a teenager.

A fantastic working class community, with pubs, chippies, and a real sense of community and belonging for both Blues and reds in the area.

All vandalised and erased to accommodate wealthy tourists flying in for games every couple of weeks.

This is the uncomfortable TRUTH, that the RS rewriting of history endeavour's to gloss over.

Scab club that has destroyed a whole area of our city.

Any other manager would be asked by the PL to explain their comments here!!!

Newcastle fans were the only ones cheering these circus freaks on to win the title in 2019 and 2020, and now they’ve just completely thrown their little allies under the bus because they might one day threaten to be better than them hahahaha. They’ll be absolutely heartbroken at that the Geordies, won’t know what to do with themselves, probably end up hounding the Saudis out because they’ve upset their overlords.

Just another one of those (in)famous European nights.
It was bad enough letting the match go ahead, but letting the Spanish fans travel seemed insane at the time. It was my nearest pre-vaccination brush with the virus, after finding that a classmate of my granddaughter had been sent home because her Dad was in intensive care after attending the game. We only found out because he posted pics on Facebook. As an older member of the throng at the school gates I was not best pleased.

Astonished any of the media are making a noise about this, despite loads noting how stupid it was st the time.
if you recall, Everton were due to play on the friday evening I think, certainly before the other fixtures, and decided to unilaterally call it off early, there was some criticism coming in until other clubs cried off too. Everton took the bold option to be cautious, Murderpool sought to take advantage from a home crowd.

I don't really blame LFC, it was up to the Government to show leadership. Still seems surreal but at the time it was a real threat which could have been avoided.

The RS could have called it off. They never as they thought they were going to have a famous Anfield night under the floodlights and they’d turn Madrid over.

As said above, we voluntarily set an example and called our game off, ourselves, without anyone telling us to do so, not caring for the consequences, as it was the right thing to do.
