I work at the university and often have the Arabic and Chinese students telling me they pay £300 for a ticket to watch the rs. One of them summed this whole farce up the other day when I asked him if he thought that was money well spent and he replied:

when you are at the game you don't really know what is going on then people start shouting and standing up so you just join in and it's really crazy.

I smiled and replied: yes, that sounds about right.

I am planning a stag trip in April with a group of friend and I wanted to catch up on a couple of games - Everton or Watford in the PL and Swansea or Cardiff being my choices. Preferably home games. If its really going to be that expensive, I will have to think twice.

Everton tickets are slightly cheaper at £250 a pop, but as a gesture of good will I'll get you some for £200 each.

Very unlikley to be able to be able buy them on the day, stub hub is your best bet.

We are travelling around through these locations. I thought it was clear with the "trip" part of the Stag trip.

Wherever it is possible to catch up a game at any (or all) of these 4 stadiums, I intend on stopping for the evening.
