A Southampton fan I speak to has said they want him on loan, but are worried West Ham may look to purchase him. Hopefully dithering Dave can strike again on that one.

But this is what the RS do brilliantly.

They 'big up' every fringe player at every opportunity.

He will probably end up playing a handful of games (mostly in the fizzy drink cup) and then be sold to some newly promoted Prem club for £40 million.

Whilst I echo the sentiments Personally I Think it’ll be a while until you see the numbers like normally travel . You’ll get out of Towners and the Irish but the overseas fans I’m not sure we’ll see the usual thousands for a while yet ,
