ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Defo this.

They are now in a position where the manager and captain have told the fans to stand down. If they protest too long and too hard then they run the risk of alienating the majority of fans they seek to spearhead.

There'll be an obligatory demo tomorrow and it;ll go back in the box. For now.

But the fault lines are there now. That will get worse with each passing poor result or failed transfer bid.

They are house divided.

The interesting thing is that Unitrd game the week after, which they wont want to miss out on. Going to be fascinating.

They have got a real dilemma today as they have got an opportunity to protest and smash a few things up making the day about them.
While on the other hand as a club they have been saying that they really haven't done anything wrong.
My money is on the protest/riot as they really can't resist it.

The rats have seen Chelsea and Arsenal fans protest and get praised for it, what's the odds that these wall botherers will try to out do them but end up making a show of themselves by smashing property up and probably vandalising the Dixie statue
i think it will be the opposite and nothing will happen, the media will spin it as hendo and sir kenny saved footy and we are getting behind our beloved team because we are the best fans in the world!

Morning Legacy Lurkers - are you still filled with pride at the actions of your club and its owners?

Are you happy it was all just a "mistake" because they have said sorry, even though it was three years in the making, and involved many clandestine meetings behind my club and the fans backs, to carve up the game we all love? Hell of a mistake if you ask me.

Are you inspired by the words of your Manager and club captain, who have come out to support with their deification of the owners and the Stooges who work for them, after the coup that was attempted?

Ask yourselves - do "good people" try to do the things they have done just for money?

Your club - its owner, executives, your manager and captain are an absolute disgrace, for their actions and the stance they have taken following this whole despicable episode.

So much for Klopp being a fan-manager and a man of the people, who loves the fans and football - he is a phoney and a fraud, just as is your captain.

You should also be clear - fans didn't stop this terrible thing from happening - the authorities and government did - Liverpool FC do not give a toss what you or I say, think or feel - we don't matter to them, they have shown us that in their actions - forget their "words" in the assinine, insincere apology to you (not to me and the rest of the football world however?! Methinks they want you to go back to being good customers sharpish).

Don't buy the platitudes - Stand against them all - the owners, your manager and your beloved captain and protest peacefully* to have them all removed, or you really are much worse "fans" than I ever thought possible.

Personally, I couldn't follow my club if they had done this.

* Please also stay away from fireworks, walls and paving stones during any protests - we know you have form there.
You are spot on. This was not a simple mistake made without due consideration.

It was a carefully crafted scheme in secret with other conspirators after already being criticised after their "big picture" greedy ideas with United had been found out. It was completely premeditated and they knew full well that everyone outside of the scab teams would be appalled.

They're only sorry they didn't get their way and the dollar signs are their only concern.

The only thing that their scumbag owner and I have in common is the contempt for those fans and club shills acting as apologists for Henry's actions.

Scabs.

The fact that both the captain and manager have both come out in support of the board, shows a lack of respect to football fans of every club. I know they also said that the SL was wrong but to come out in support when they should have kept quiet is so wrong. If they were under orders to say something then that just proves that they haven’t learnt anything from this week.

Just had a wander over to RAWK. They’re pinning their hopes on a fantasy upcoming Atheltic article which will name another four PL clubs who wanted in. Needless to say, they are desperate for us to get drawn into this.

As always, spitty on Monday night football had to name drop Everton as one of the five that formed the prem which was a breakaway league he said, Gary Neville put him right though by reminding him it was at the Bennifit of all the clubs and the competive sport was still there with relagations, alot of kopites have used the Everton done the same in 92 shouts since he said that

And so their victim status in all this has been officially declared by El Kloppo.

quote
"It is probably not only for Liverpool, but for us I am sure. It is not about fair play in these moments.

"I am pretty sure the supporters of Leeds who were showing up at the stadium and running after us knew as well that we were not involved in it but they didn't care.

"They just wanted to tell us what they told us. Yes it will be even worse when people are back in the stadiums."

I'm expecting a Jan Palach moment: self immolation for the cameras outside Klanfield - just to outdo any other protests so far by other fans.

The moment demands it.

I’m sure they’ll now turn their attention to the other 14 clubs who are leeching from them.
They will demand more of the sky money for the 6 to stop any other club dare to threaten their position of superiority in the Prem.

100% guarantee that the type of people who say this have got right in the face of and given both barrels to some poor minimum wage customer service bod over matters they have no personal control of in the past.

The type who starts shouting and screaming at the person on check in because their flight has been delayed by a volcano.

They'll be fighting United fans...fighting them to get their mugs in front of the cameras.

The fans are murderous psychopaths and media whores who support a scab organisation - an organisation whose manager and captain have thrown a protective arm around billionaires to protect their investement.

Has there ever been such a nauseous combination of people in football history?
