The council will be desperate for this to go through as quickly as possible. Will probably contribute massively to the hotel business in town and lead to a few more being built.

I know a lad who says he can never get tickets but then some fella always offers him ones about 2 days before and he doesnt want to know.

He was moaning about never getting tickets for big games then some lad in my work offered him 4 for the FA cup game against Plymouth and another 4 against Wolves. He then made up some blag excuse that he was busy both weekends and turned them down. He then goes on Facebook asking for ones to Basel, Kiev and Madrid. Probably just for show because who is going to give up a ticket like that?

Even if he was offered one he'd probably have said he needed to take his Mum to B&Q.

I think loads of them have simply got out of the habit of going and would just prefer to watch it in the pub or at home. Yet they will always moan that they cant get tickets, even when people give them to them on a plate they still say no.
