ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Do wonder if Klopp will put more emphasis on trying to win the CL at this point? it's clear that their European form has been better than their League form by far.

Another chapter in murder inc.'s shameful history. The story of that fan that died of covid two weeks later is being recycled too - calling for a public inquiry, but not pointing any blame at big reds (failed) CL Anfield night gamble.
Find it bizarre myself. No responsibility whatsoever on the fellow who decided it would be fine to go the game either.

why arent they asking,
who made the final decision to play the game?
who much did lfc make from the game going ahead?
who at lfc told atletico that there would be no refunds on their £72 tickets, when some of the their fan groups expressed concern and some of them didnt want to travel!
but they wont ask these,
its easier for the bbc to get danny murphy and lawro to do an investigation, blame uefa and some spaniards for going on a city centre pub crawl!

The government are the blame here, they should have stopped it & made the call, which obviously in hindsight was Bananas. I'm all for blame on this one & there is literally blood on hands, but that blame lies at the hands of Boris and co who wanted to down play everything at the time. Their inaction led to the excess deaths of thousands.

One scary thing to remember about that week is as of the Friday morning, the weekend PL fixtures were going ahead until Arteta had contracted the virus from the greek team.

For such a big Everton fan you’re the biggest kopite apologist I’ve ever heard
