Even worse, our last victory at that horrible shed was 1999. I was there that day and if you'd had told me there and then it would be 22 years I'd have laughed.

The fact he's obsessing about Everton, and making fun of us losing a game (which had nothing to do with any percieved pressure of what Liverpool are doing, we find ways to mess things up with no relevance to Liverpool) shows how he's off his head at the moment. When the last manager was sacked we were 29 points behind Liverpool after 15 games. We are now nearly level with them. That should be of more concern to him, rather than celebrating Everton losing.

He's completely away with it at present. In honesty, I don't remember any Liverpool manager in the past making comment about Everton, or in honesty many Everton managers doing the same in reverse. It shows a lack of focus and will give some unnecessary motivation to ones opponents.

I would very much doubt that Ancelloti is that type, I would fully expect him to not even mention it unless somebody brought it up.

I'm not really aware of that comment mate (at the time, due to work wasn't quite as engrossed in the minutae of football as maybe now), but I'd imagine, 1) it wasn't a comment about Liverpool as a whole and 2) it in the press conference either before, or after the derby.

Derby "week" (i.e the conference around the match) it's normally fair game, and people will say different things. It's odd though, before a CL game.

I'm not being horrible, but if you're Ancelotti you just pin that to the wall don't you?

Like being fair here, I had the same feelings when Pickford opened his mouth about Alisson's mistake all them years ago. Nothing good can come from it. If you're in the right head space you know that. Pickford is a cretin, I don't see Klopp as a cretin, but as a man who's lost hs head so is behaving as such.

But that was in the build up to the Derby at Goodison. Moyes asked the ref to be strong and not be fooled by Suarez dives.
