They've slipped back into the mindset pre last season when they went 30 years without the title and had to have excuse after excuse lined up.

So far itls a pathetic defence to a title. Maybe not as bad as United's when Moyes took them over, but getting there.

Oh deffo mate. My RS mate is now all about what they did last season, how they did it without spending millions. If he had to choose between winning the title last season or this season then he would stick with last season because it will go down in history and will be spoken about for years to come. I've also had "We won the title last season how it should be won, through hard work and not through money" It's got to the point where I don't mention the amounts of cash on players they have spent because he genuinely believes they haven't.

All this about the five seconds- its whats on the refs watch surely, not on sky. If the ref stops his watch for any reason the tv one doesnt stop so it wont be in sync, will it?

It's not even if the ref blows just as Mane bring the ball down, he actually blows before the ball actually gets to the RS player who played it forward.

Very much so. I just dont see what others say he brings. A simple tidy passer of the ball for sure but I haven't seen one moment where I've thought "wow, he's got that special something"

His body will break down before he strings a good run together anyway imo

I really dislike Graeme Souness as a person.

I have noticed he used to be quite fair on Liverpool but he is starting to refer to them as “we”.

I'd be glad we won it, but then I'd think "Everton that: we win the league in a pandemic when it's an irrelevancy to everyone else".

I would welcome it but also acknowledge that it was an asterisk season. Games cancelled, some games with home fans and let's hope they don't change the rules for more subs to further compromise the season's integrity. I wouldn't want a parade that's for sure. Deffo would not shoot fireworks at buildings or fall off lampposts dressed in a mankind.
