ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They've slipped back into the mindset pre last season when they went 30 years without the title and had to have excuse after excuse lined up.

So far itls a pathetic defence to a title. Maybe not as bad as United's when Moyes took them over, but getting there.

Oh deffo mate. My RS mate is now all about what they did last season, how they did it without spending millions. If he had to choose between winning the title last season or this season then he would stick with last season because it will go down in history and will be spoken about for years to come. I've also had "We won the title last season how it should be won, through hard work and not through money" It's got to the point where I don't mention the amounts of cash on players they have spent because he genuinely believes they haven't.

Very much so. I just dont see what others say he brings. A simple tidy passer of the ball for sure but I haven't seen one moment where I've thought "wow, he's got that special something"

His body will break down before he strings a good run together anyway imo

To be fair Macca did you see the five yard pass he made against Chelsea? It was world class, even the echo went with the headline "That pass is why Liverpool brought in Thiago" lol:hayee:lol

The title they won last season is like this season's: utterly irrelevant. The pair of them will be looked at in horror forever. They wont be remembered for anything good, that's for sure.

Are they still serving McPangolins at the pit?
Drove past earlier and there were plenty of bad meffs in shirts and scarves on hanging about eating from what looked like maccies bags

I was wondering how Jacob from Taunton and Spencer from Guildford got on.
The lad on The Chase was called Che.
Named after Guvera.

His mum was Spanish and his dads a scouser he said.

I don’t think the lad on Tipping Point would even be able to find his way to Anfield though without getting in a taxi.

Would you genuinely think that if we went on a cracking run of form and ended up winning it?

I would welcome it but also acknowledge that it was an asterisk season. Games cancelled, some games with home fans and let's hope they don't change the rules for more subs to further compromise the season's integrity. I wouldn't want a parade that's for sure. Deffo would not shoot fireworks at buildings or fall off lampposts dressed in a mankind.
