ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

We have only conceded 5 all season in the PL (so far).
Spurs had a poor result against us in the league, but since then have readily got up to speed and how. Look at the table - it's only 4 games old and most of the usual suspects are up towards the top of the table. City win their game in hand and they're up to 7 points and around 6th. United are the only ones who are having a rocky time, but a few decent results and that'll all be forgotten.

Not an average league, but a lot of teams are showing their quality without the pressure of crowds. The fact that the rs are falling off in quality is more likely due to the excessive number of games and the fact that even if they were PEDded up, they couldn't maintain the same intensity as they did over the last couple of seasons. The rs looks like it's going to Dortmund itself and collapse in on itself due to overworking is my prediction.

I'd love it if it was us that put the final dagger in, but I think it's more likely to be Mourinho who always relished kicking the rs, or Lampard who I just think has a penthouse suite in Klopp's head.

Anyway 7-2. They're there for the taking now. Hand the asterisk over lidderpewl.

I think we have maybe undervalued that win away at spurs as they have since looked good and scored a lot of goals. Same for Brighton and West ham when you consider we dispatched them with relative ease and some squad rotation.

Losing 6-2 to Villa in 1990 (?) still haunts me to this day...the fun that was made of me at school....whatever happens from now on they won’t ever forget this humiliation and everyone laughing at them. So ironic is it was villa....and 7-2!
Ollie watkins is the new David Platt
I remember being ripped by all my RS mates on the 81 on the way to school the next day. Horrible. I was already upset what with Adrian Heath coming off the bench for Villa.

Paul McGrath said in his autobiography he'd had six pints before that game, and he still managed to boss McCall and Whiteside in the midfield!
