Its hilarious all the hyperbole about a load of 5 yard passes.

There’s an easy way to shut them up tho:

While he’s obviously a far far superior player to Allen, the point stands. He plays so far away from the opposition goal that he’s not the type of player who is going to have you cacking yourself the minute he gets the ball.

If I had a choice of James or Thiago, 30 yards out with the choice to shoot or pass the ball 5 yards, I know who I’d choose.
