I’m not a conspiracy theory kind of guy, but having that many asthmatic players compared to the general population definitely has to raise some questions.

If they’re using asthmatic players to be able to “legally” give them PEDs, the question is, are they targeting players with asthma as part of their scouting process, or are they later “diagnosing” them with asthma?
