Haha the mask is definitely an improvement.

He's not speaking as a kopite though is he. I know you're fully aware, but when my mum can't even see her doctor, who let's not forget have signed up to CARE for people, then something is very wrong. When GPs are refusing face to face appointments when workers in shops, bars, retail etc do so with minimum fuss then I personally find it very bizarre and a disgrace. The GP at A&E even said it was wrong and she would recommend a face to face appointment. Net result = a telephone call. Beyond a joke.

Recognise this is off topic, but it's difficult to accept some of what's going on.
