...and on course to be the 3rd highest points total in the PL.


All of this equals the best PL team ever.

Liverpool and the media are genuinely gutted that they didn't reach the 100 points total and its even better if they fall short by just 1 point
so they have to somehow compensate. The statistics and facts demonstrate that they are not the best team ever in the PL and that much is indisputable.
God only knows what the hyperbole would have been if they had equalled it? When City won it the media told them they couldn't be classed as
one of the best ever until they retained it. They did retain and won every other domestic trophy at the same time whilst doing it.
Let's see how Liverpool do next season. If they do retain it - then fair do's. Until then their title win is not even par for the course due to COVID-19.
They know it. We know it and the media know it.
