Ah ok, just seen a post on SM about it. They're going on about how he was really unlucky and got thrown off course by electricity etc. What I saw was he turned to the crowd, he looked drunk, started swinging off the lampost while 20foot in the air and inevitably lost balance. It wasn't bad luck, it was moronic stupidity.

It's a shame you can't get the reg plates, as they are are illegal parked and blocking disabled parking. They should be doorstepped to see if they think it's acceptable to bock the path way for the elderly and the disabled.
