Apparently they promised him Clyne and then turned face on the sly.. lol

Probably tactical loaning out of players - i.e Clyne playing for Bournemouth who still have City and Spurs at home so he could possibly help take points off their biggest rivals. Personally I think loaning out players mid season to other prem sides is open to abuse.

They should have a statue of Thatcher to go along with their token plaque.

Her immediate decision to wipe the government's hands of establishing due process and categorising all of English football under the hooligan banner was what ultimately allowed them to file this whole Heysel incident under an "It's everyone's fault" blanket. Like others, I find it disgusting and inexplicable that the deaths of 39 innocent people were just conveniently swept under the carpet for political expediency. The FA and the whole football establishment went along with it hook, line, and sinker. And it has actually nothing to do with Everton missing out. We only compounded that problem due to boardroom incompetence and the blame there lies entirely at Evertons door.

Liverpool are a club of the most bizarre contradictions such that their double standards and hypocrisy must seem completely logical to the cult following.
Heysel and Hillsborough. Establishment vs traditional. Tory glory-hunting supporters (many of whom sneered at and still sneer at all the fuss concerning 96 Hillsborough victims) vs a supposedly working class club proud of its roots. They soak up the sycophancy of Fleet Street journalists including that filthy rag whilst maintaining faux outrage at them when it suits.

They truly are a law unto themselves.

Social media has exploded their true tribal and cult behaviour, and it’s getting much worse.

Just seen the Kevin Campbell tweet and there’s hundreds of them trying to call him out for something horrendous he didn’t do.

If they carry on going the way they’re going, i can only see an incident escalating during a match between us or another set of fans, they’re that toxic.

Fans of other clubs have well and truly sussed them out as a fanbase, yet the media for some reason still fawn all over them.

Colin Murray was the only one in the emeia with any principles. The rest have gleefully taken Murdoch’s dollar when it suits.

It's called money....huge fan base means the media make more from Liverpool fans than City, Spurs, Chelsea and arsenal combined...
Yeah that's it, can't do click bait for a club that has no fans, and by fans I don't mean real fans, like we have, I mean internet fans

Think he'll be too busy getting coked off his tits to make a dent in city's title run.
